What are your business hours?

Monday - Friday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday: Seasonal - Call for hours


What is a "minimum" vs. "24 hour" rental?

Most equipment has a minimum 4-hour rate and a 24-hour rate. For example, if equipment is picked up 8:00 am Monday, it must be returned by 8:00 am Tuesday, otherwise additional pro-rated hourly rental fees will be assessed. Overnight 4- hour rates are sometimes made as an exception. If store is closed on Sunday, you may pickup equipment on Saturday and return Monday for onle a "1-day" charge


Do you deliver equipment?

Yes, the delivery fee varies based on location and timeframe.


Will your company help load equipment in my vehicle?

Yes, as a courtesy service we will assist you, but we’ll accept no liability for damage to your vehicle.


Do I need to reserve construction equipment or trailers?


No, although MVR will reserve equipment in some cases; generally we can't since it is uncertain when equipment is returned from prior rental. However, our inventory is extensive, so please call us prior to pickup and we'll make every effort to "hold" your equipment.


Will I receive a credit if I’m unable to use equipment due to weather or some other means?

Generally no, since we’re unable to rent the equipment to other customers. However, in some cases we will extend a credit for another rental period.


What happens if the equipment does not work properly?


Please call us immediately. We will take all steps necessary to either troubleshoot problems, or reserve another piece of equipment for your use.
